The First ARCdI Board Meeting

by Raymond Barclay
This Fall, the ARCdI Board came together at the prestigious Corella & Bertram F. Bonner Foundation in Princeton, NJ for a Charrette Training Workshop. It was a vibrant, collaborative meeting of architects, designers, and higher education professionals from all across the country. Executive Director, Holly Madill, took the group through a Charrette training prototype focused overtly on the context of Higher Education. The goal was to test material, provide opportunities for feedback, and strengthen content for ARCdI members. Campus architect and Board Member Michael Joy (University of Virginia) noted, “the training was absolutely invaluable and will be a unique and powerful offering for members.”

We’re excited to announce that similar training will be released to ARCdI members in Spring of 2022. Members will have the opportunity to sign up for educational content from NCI (National Charrette Institute) at a discounted price. We invite you to learn more about ARCdI and the tremendous professional development and collaboration opportunities available through the organization.
