JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists customers with programming of space for future projects. Manages university projects as assigned. Reviews plans for code compliance and proper
design. Assists in the management and coordination of activities involving comprehensive planning of campus facilities, master planning of the university environment, formulation of project criteria for alternatives, repairs and renovations to ensure physical needs of the university are fulfilled. Supervises the update and renewal of CAD drawings and as-built drawings. Utilizes software such as Ad-Adstra to accurately track university space.
